R의 달

달 이름에 R(9월부터 4월)이 포함된 달로, 다른 달과 달리 전통적으로 굴을 먹을 수 있는 달로 간주된다.

프랑스에서는, 이 풍습은 일반적으로 조개류, 특히 굴을 "R"의 달에만 소비하는 것을, 즉 9월부터 4월까지 소비한다.

이 전통은 1759년 왕실 법령에서 유래되었는데, 추운 보존이 존재하지 않고 교통이 느린 4월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 굴의 어업, 조업, 판매를 금지하였다. 이 칙령은 또한 번식기 동안 어미 굴의 벤치에서 채취하는 것을 방지하고 자원을 보존했다. 요즘 굴은 일년 내내 먹을 수 있지만 더운 달에는 생식세포가 있기 때문에 기름기가 많거나 우유빛이 난다.

Mois en « R »

Mois dont le nom contient la lettre R (de septembre à avril), traditionnellement considéré comme un mois où on peut manger des huîtres, contrairement aux autres.

En France, la coutume réserve la consommation des coquillages en général, et des huîtres en particulier aux seuls mois en « R », c'est-à-dire de septembre à avril.

Cette tradition provient d'un édit royal de 1759, promulgué à la suite de nombreuses intoxications mortelles à la cour, interdisant la pêche, le colportage et la vente des huîtres du 1er avril au 31 octobre, à une époque où la conservation par le froid n'existait pas et où les transports étaient lents. Cet édit évitait également les prélèvements sur les bancs d’huîtres mères pendant la période de reproduction et préservait la ressource. On peut de nos jours consommer les huîtres toute l’année, mais pendant les mois chauds, elles sont grasses ou « laiteuses » du fait de la présence de gamètes.

Months in "R"

Month with the name R (September to April), traditionally considered a month when oysters can be eaten, unlike others.

In France, the custom reserved the consumption of shellfish in general, and oysters in particular for "R" months only, that is, from September to April.

This tradition originated in a royal edition of 1759, promulgated following numerous fatal court poisoning, prohibiting the fishing, stocking and sale of oysters from April 1 to October 31, at a time when cold conservation did not exist and transportation was slow. This edition also avoided harvesting from mother oyster beds during the breeding period and preserved the resource. Oysters can be consumed all year round, but during hot months, they are fat due to the presence of gametes.

작업을 하면서 종종 우리는 슬럼프에 빠진다.

이럴때 나는 평소에 하던 작업을 잠시 쉬고, 내 주변에서 찾을 수 있는 레퍼런스를 훓어본다. 그중에 한 방법으로 나는 프랑스어 사전에서 좀 재미있는 notion 을 찾는데, Mois en R 도 이런 방법으로 작업주제를 찾은것이다.

 

En travaillant, on tombe souvent dans une mauvaise passe.

Dans des moments comme celui-ci, je fais une pause dans mon travail habituel et je parcours les références que je peux trouver autour de moi. Une des méthodes consiste à trouver des notions intéressantes dans le dictionnaire français, et Mois en R a également utilisé cette méthode pour trouver des sujets de travail.

 

As we work, we often fall into a slump.

At times like this, I pause in my usual work and go through the references I can find around me. One method is to find interesting concepts in the French dictionary, and Mois en R has also used this method to find work topics.
